On 19th – 21st of August, Oraro & Co. Advocates’ team participated in the Educate Global Fund (EGF) annual roundtable event, held at the Strathmore Business School, Nairobi. The firm’s managing partner, Chacha Odera, also participated as a panelist in the event whose title was Investing in Education & Entrepreneurship in East Africa.
EGF is an impact fund investing in social businesses that significantly improve educational outcomes and life chances for disadvantaged children, especially girls. Cindy Oraro, a Senior Associate in the firm also serves as an EGF council member.
