Mr. Makori practices in various Tribunals and Arbitral panels, the subordinate Courts, the High Court as well as the Court of Appeal and has extensive experience in the following areas of specialisation;

Research and drafting of pleadings in litigation involving insolvent defendant companies and tracing of assets, winding up by Court of insolvent companies, examination of directors after judgment as to assets of companies, holding companies and their subsidiaries, partnerships and unincorporated business associations, industrial disputes, employment matters, pension matters, personal injury claims, and environmental litigation.
c. Research and participation in various arbitral proceedings including construction arbitration and arbitration on pension matters.
d. Negotiating rescheduling of debts arising from litigation, drafting rescheduling instruments and securing repayment of the rescheduled debts.
