Our Pupillage Programme

The Oraro & Company Advocates Pupillage Programme is designed to provide a comprehensive and structured learning experience. Trainees rotate across various practice areas, gaining exposure to corporate law, litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, regulatory compliance, and advisory services. This structured rotation ensures a well-rounded understanding of both transactional and contentious work, preparing pupils for successful careers in diverse legal contexts.

Throughout the programme, trainees benefit from:

  • Hands-on experience: Direct involvement in client matters under the guidance of senior advocates.

  • Mentorship: Personalized mentorship from experienced partners and associates, fostering professional growth and ethical practice.

  • Professional development: Access to internal training sessions, workshops, and seminars on emerging legal issues and industry trends.

  • Career preparation: Guidance on professional conduct, client management, and practical skills to excel in a demanding legal environment.

At Oraro & Company Advocates, we view pupillage not just as a requirement, but as an opportunity to instil the values of excellence, integrity, and client-centered service. Our trainees emerge from the programme with the confidence, competence, and network necessary to succeed as fully-fledged advocates.
